Who We Are

Our team began their careers at Big 4 firms, where we had the privilege of learning from some of the most experienced professionals in the industry. That time was invaluable; it taught us the discipline, rigor, and quality standards that are still at the heart of everything we do. But over time, we saw an opportunity to do things differently. Clients were asking for:

With that in mind, we founded MHM with a mission: make compliance smoother, faster, and less stressful while giving clients confidence in their security and audit outcomes.

Starting with a single client, our hands-on, transparent approach proved that a personalized audit experience truly makes a difference. Word spread, and soon we were serving our first 100 clients. In the past year alone, we added another 100,  bringing us to 300 strong,  a diverse community of technology startups, financial services firms, healthcare providers, and global enterprises.

Each engagement has been a chance to learn, refine, and raise the bar for how compliance can be done, with partnership, clarity, and trust at the center.
