Strengthening Technical Excellence: MHM Welcomes Ashish Bhandari to the Leadership Team
We’re pleased to welcome Ashish Bhandari to the MHM Leadership Team as a Principal. With more than 20 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance, Ashish brings deep expertise across technology risk, internal audit, cybersecurity, privacy, and assurance.
Prior to joining MHM, Ashish was a partner at MNP’s Technology Risk & Advisory practice focusing on ICFR/ITGC, IT Internal Audit, SOC assurance (SOC 1/2/3), and transformation risk. He also spent 11 years with Deloitte, working across India, the United States, and Canada. His experience spans SOC 1 and SOC 2, IT general controls, cybersecurity and privacy, third-party assurance, internal audit, ERP environments, and enterprise risk management. He has also led complex engagements involving PCAOB and CPAB standards, SOX and CSOX requirements, and organizations operating in highly regulated and technology-driven environments.
Ashish’s experience strengthens our ability to work with clients facing complex control environments and evolving regulatory requirements, while adding depth across our audit and assessment capabilities from small businesses to large enterprise organizations. As MHM continues to grow, so does the depth of our audit and certification capabilities. We have built our practice around modern, specialized audit services for organizations operating in technology-driven environments. From our work as Canada’s first SCC-accredited ISO/IEC 42001 certification body to integrated SOC and ISO engagements, we continue to expand our capabilities alongside the needs of our clients.
